Ocean Country

The country of Ocean was formed between moon country, sea country, and whirlpool country. During a time of economic troubles, the government of each country was rebelled against. The rebels would soon conquer all three, being led under the command of Sugi Bachi. In an attempt to help restore the economy, Sugi formed a single country from the three previous countries.
