Thank god somebody agrees with me... DMC4's story made me want to punch the screen even more than DMC2's... and DMC2 didn't have much of a story to begin with, at least the main protagonist was still a badass, instead of a whining pussy-whiped boy.

Hey, just cause I said DMC4's story was lame, don't go dissin' the Nero! I loved the scene where he's up against Agnus (the stuttering guy, whatever his name is) and says:
"That's a bit harsh.. killing me cause of the way I.. t-t-t-talk?" He's not as badass as Dante, but he's still sarcastic! XD

Some of the writting was ridiculous, like this scene;
NERO: So this is what you really look like...
BAEL: You're stronger than you look, with a smart-ass mouth to match.
A smart mouth to match? What was even remotly smartass about what he said there anyway? Rofl, no realy, I don't like Nero, the producer of that game just wanted to incorporate a new character with as little significance to the already well-established plot as possible, and simply forced other characters to automaticly percieve him as a badass... in the end, it seemed kind of sad.
Luckily Dante was there to give him a proper ass-kick... I seriously hate the fact that Nero wasn't a boss on Dante's story, it would have made the game so much more enjoyable XD
