Mizuki loves the outdoors more than anything. Just hiking, climbing or exploring, as long as she is with nature. She also likes gardening and cooking and anything earthy. She likes reading and writing, and loves to talk about anything she finds interesting. She adores salty and sweet foods, and
Dislikes
She hates staying still and anything she finds 'boring'. She also really hates fighting around water and will avoid it at any cost. It wasn't that she was afraid of water, but her more powerful Jutsus don't work without solid earth. She also hates spicy foods for some reason she refuses to go into.
Personality: She is a very out-going person. She likes being around other people and is a fairly open person and she is also smart, against popular belief. She is very good at finding things out and will help anyone who asks.
When she is in battle, she has a slight emotional detachment problem, and almost seems to be depressed. But she is loyal and on the job and will do almost anything to complete the mission. She usually has a plan, but when that fails she is good at thinking on her feet.
In training, she prefers to be alone out in some wild place and work on her earth and plant jutsu. She pushes herself extremely hard and is always trying to refine her skills. She actually started spending long periods away from the main house to go out into the woods, not even the Clan leader knew what she did, but she continually grew, so he didn’t pry too much.

She wears a black belly shirt and pants, and two special pouches around her belt and one around her leg. The one around her leg has scrolls and kunai, the normal ninja tools. The pouches around her belt have vials of seeds tucked inside.

Young Life --- Mizuki was born as the first child of the current clan leader, Izao Hanako. As their first child, she is the next in line to be the clan leader. She possessed the Kusaki Danketsu, and adoration for the outdoors like the other children in her clan, but was kept away from them to train. She was pushed extremely hard since she had no brothers or sisters and had to lead the clan one day. Then when she turned 7 she was put into the Academy.
Academy Life --- She got into the Academy and did fairly well. She was smart and had a good level-headed attitude sometimes. But she usually started day-dreaming and ignoring the lessons. Sometimes she used the jutsu she already knew to get out of class and explore the woods. She found a cool place with a waterfall close to the village and started practicing anything she learned that day until she got it.
When she became 12 the Kusaki Danketsu activated while she was training. It was a hot day and she was really distracted, so when she finally slowed down, her arms were hot, dry and bleeding. She was rushed home and had to stay home for a few weeks, but it was mostly to help her get used to the bandages that had to stay on her arms and legs. When she got back, she was better than ever and had a major increase in her chakra levels, letting her make up the weeks she had missed quickly.
Genin Life ---. At first they did low rank missions and menial tasks, but Mizuki loved helping out around the village. She still trained with her plant jutsu in her spare time, and
Then they sent her and her group out on their first B ranked mission protecting a bunch of diplomats to another country. After getting through a few traps and a rouge ninja, one of their team mates were injured by a paper bomb. Mizuki knew nothing about medical ninjutsu, but she knew a lot about plants. She was able to make a paste that helped the burn and probably saved his leg. That earned her some respect, and after a few more medium to high ranked missions she decided to try the chuunin exams.
Chuunin Life --- She started studying genjutsu and found she had a small knack for it a few weeks before the chuunin exams. She barely passed the first test, because her team members got ambushed and barely made out alive. Mizuki was able to finish what they started and drove them away. They completed the challenge, but one of them was seriously injured. The doctors helped him, but he was never the same again. The next two challenges Mizuki was on top of it and passed it with enough success.

Description: If the user comes under attack, they can use this technique to cover their escape. After forming the needed hand seals, the users body will disperse into a shower of flower petals. These petals will confuse and distract their opponent while they escape or hide.

Description: The person carries around a special pack of fast-growing seeds. Once they are planted the person sends a chakra current through the seeds and they will start to grow extremely fast. It takes exactly one-minute for them to grow properly, but once they grow the person can reach in the ground and pull out the sword. It looks like a sword with hundreds of thorns covering the blade. It is very durable and the thorns contain poison on the tips.

You can also use chakra to help the dome re-grow itself if it is damaged, but it takes little chakra to do this.

When accompanied by the Kusaki Danketsu, it increases strength and speed, and makes hand-to-hand combat extremely effective.

First Person Point of View:
Third Person Point of View: Mizuki sat on top of the fairly large building her clan called home. It was circular with red tiled roof over the whole thing and an open ceiling in the middle covered with glass. Inside the glass she could see plants from all over the globe, and inside the garden were three rooms, one for Izao, Harana and Mizuki herself. The clan leader and his direct family lived in a special section of the house, surrounded by the rest of the members.
She sat on the tip of the roof, it was on top of one of her uncle’s rooms, but he was out on a mission for a while and she was taking care of his things. She sighed and lifted up her hand, casting a shadow on her face. It was her families blessing, but the way she came into it was the most painful thing she ever felt. But she lived through it and got more powerful because of it; her father even told her she was more powerful than he was at her age. Then she heard a noise and rolled back her head, it was one of her cousins, Zazu. He was a tall boy, with the traditional black hair and greenish eyes that were common among the Hanako family. He was a genin, but he planned to take the Chuunin exams in a few months.
“Hey Mizuki!” He practically yelled, jumping right next to her and sitting on the balls of his feet. “I was thinking about going to the market with J and Taro and we were wondering if you were coming? Plus J owes me money and I’ll need your help to get it out of him.” He muttered, smiling sheepishly.
“No thanks, I am pretty sure Izao will send me out for some sort of errand soon and then I’ll help you with J. Just tell him to pay you what he owes.” and Zazu were always making bets on how the families missions would go and constantly owed each other all sums of money, and somehow Mizuki had to lay down the law with money, even though she had constantly told the two to stop betting on the family and everyone would be happy, J but they just ignored her and Taro.
Zazu sighed and lightly kicked her shoulder. “Lazy bum.” Then he jumped over her and onto the street, disappearing into the streaming masses of Kohno, leaving Mizuki smiling. She loved all her cousins, they were raised like brothers and sisters since she was an only child, but she was the next Clan leader, she would be their ‘Leader’ in a few years instead of their friend, but that would be years. For now, they were as close as family could get, and that was all she could ask for.
