Personality:
Lihin is a man who can easily be described as nothing but a cruel and heartless killer, devoid of emotion. Possessing a constant stoic demeanor beneath his masked features, clearly evident by the cold dark stare in his eyes. Trained to be nothing more then an instrument of fates divine retribution since he was brought into the order, born into chaos and death he is the perfect warrior. A true genius in the ways of the shinobi, brandishing an almost natural talent for success. Even as a child he learned that fate governed all life, and to carry out its will was a great honor, and in order to do so one needed to be strong of both mind and body. With his might, Lihin knows that the future of this world is decided only by those with the power to free themselves from the shackles of humanities destructive nature, and thus transcend. Where those without strength, merely live their lives as puppets on a string. Only the strong survives, to that end he has yet to show any kind of remorse or pity towards any of his targets. His tough upbringing within the secretive sect of shinobi, has made him a ruthless and fearless ninja. Very analytical by nature, as well as being calculative, he is almost never surprised by the outcome of a certain event, countering even the most dire of situations with swift decisive action, maintaining complete control of himself and his surroundings.
One other notable thing regarding Lihin's personality traits, is the fact that he almost never utters but a single word, the phrase 'silent as the night' is a perfect way to describe him. Supposedly this traces back to his ravaged childhood, where all young assassins within the organization where punished severely for any form of refusal or back- talk. Failure to follow orders resulted in a swift death, Lihin quickly understood that those who without the will to act were weak, making them nothing more then a liability, and therefore expendable. The only one Lihin has ever been shown exchanging words with is his pet crow, Zaji and Ranka, his only friend and ally. He met him within the organization many years ago, at first they were both merely gifted killers, caring nothing for other then their own survival. However an alliance quickly grew between the young boys, and later developed into a strong friendship that lasts to this day. As several years passed, their trials became more intense and their success became more impressive with each test, until their 'benefactors' had finally shaped these few survivors into natural killers, and perfect assassins, among these were Lihin, and Ranka.

History:
Young Life ---
Lihin's memory of his past before entering the order of assassins, is fragmented at best. Even if one chose to put these fragments together, they offer only very few pleasant memories. He remembers living near a great sea, the smell of salt water, and the air filled with a thick mist in the early morning. However this is quickly overtaken by the rushing memories of rage, fear and suffering. The sea becoming red with blood, the smell of salty water gone.. replaced by a sickly smell of rotting corpses, and the cool morning mist brushed aside, as the raging fire released its fury upon the land.... bandit raids had come to ravage the outlying section of houses of Mist, the populations fighting amongst each other for land, money or even food, a fight for survival had taken its toll on the out lying villages of the water country, and in its wake nothing was left but ash and the coils of death echoing outwards.
Lying curled up among the bodies of his family, was a young boy, tears running down his cheeks, trying desperately to cope with the madness which had swept over the land, all the meanwhile there was a brewing hatred seething within his innocent heart, one that would soon be utilized. As days passed, Lihin still did not move, he was to frightened, he simply lay there among the bodies of his relatives, and replayed the death of his parents over and over again within his mind, as the rage burned ever hotter within his veins. As he slowly started to loose himself to the cold and the famine, the crows came to get their share, 'the spoils of war.' Swooping down from the dark clouds, over this scene of decay like a plague. They started to feed upon the carcasses left behind, but strangely enough, he was left alone, despite the fact that he was scarred of these black birds feasting on the dead, one of them, even approached the young boy, gazing into his eyes, with a strange look, as if it remembered him. However suddenly, and against all odds, he was found. Two men traveling the countryside, dressed in dark gray combat suits, brandishing weapons, picked up the young Lihin.. and took him away.
Academy Life ---
For many days they traveled, along their journey few stops were made to eat and sleep, and young Lihin didn’t say a word, same as the two men. At every halt, they made, he was given very few rations, one could almost suspect it was meant to be just enough to keep the boy alive. As they kept on leaping through the landscape all Lihin could do was cling on to the mans back, what else was he supposed to do, he had nowhere to go, and no one to turn to. His thoughts continuously played back the slaughter of the small outlying village, it was as if he could still feel the blood on his hands, the stench of rotting carcasses still clinging to his clothing, and that taint in his heart brought forth by the burning rage of being unable to do something, that raging hatred was all that kept the boy from fainting right there on the spot. Upon reaching their destination, he beheld a great waterfall, with statues of several warriors around the small lake at the bottom, as they approached the raging waters crashing down upon rock and stone, a small passageway revealed itself, leading behind the waterfall itself. Following this passage, it lead to a tunnel, littered with candles and scriptures, finally coming to an end at what appeared to be a shrine, a miniature temple revealing a stone scroll in its center, with strange symbols adorning the back wall. At that point, one of the masked men who had brought the boy here approached the shrine, uttering the following words whilst stretching out his right hand, performing a certain seal in front of the shrine.
"The wheel must turn, all is redeemed in the cleansing agony of birth, death and rebirth."
In that moment, runic symbols covering the shrine lit up with and ominous azure glow as a delicate series of clockwork mechanisms where activated, revealing a hidden door beneath the shrine.
Making their way deeper and deeper into the earth, they passed through a massive array of tunnels, specially dug out as a maze to trap any unfortunate soul who lost their way. One would surely loose themselves in mere minutes without some sort of map to guide them, yet these men seemed as though effortlessly making their way forward, leading the young boy to a great hall. As they drew closer, a young Lihin weak and ravaged from hunger could hear the sound of footsteps as well as echoes and cries from the great chamber they were about to enter. Making their way down a set of stairs, he beheld several hundreds of other young children, victims of war and suffering, all hurled up along with him like cattle within this underground structure. Like him their age level couldn’t have differed between more then 5-7 years old, what could these shadowy individuals possibly want with them. In this moment, a voice was heard from within the shadows of the great hall, as if the very darkness itself spoke to them.
"Younglings.. fate has brought you here to us this day, it was fate that forced you to live through your misfortune, and it was fate that kept you alive, so that you might become something far more then just 'puppets.' Your destiny begins today, you will embark on a journey to seek out those who would disrupt the peace of the world, and punish them for their crimes."
Even though Lihin was but a child, weak and exhausted, something about the mans words that day rallied something within the young boys heart. The rage and hunger for justice he felt when his family was brutally cut down before his eyes rushed throughout his veins, as the elusive figure spoke to the herd of children yet again.
"To maintain the balance of the world, balance must first be achieved within yourself, weakness and hesitation sow the seeds of doubt and fear which ensues chaos and catastrophe, thus it must be stamped out... those of you who understand these words and have conviction will live on, those without shall die... begin."
The words uttered at the end left Lihin somewhat stunned, what did he mean, they wanted these children to murder and kill each other as they were now, why the need for such cruelty, why.... His thoughts thus came to a close, as he moved his foot slightly to the side, and noticed a metal object, a kunai laid out at each of the young ones feet upon the very spot they stood on. Shortly there after a scream was heard from within the halls, followed by the familiar sound of blood splashing, as one of the children of this grand folk had picked up the weapon in front of him and attacked one of the nearby children, it wasn’t long before all was chaos, soon all took up the weapon in front of them and started carving their way through the masses for their own survival. Lihin.. merely watching this, mesmerized.... was torn out of his brief moment of doubt as one of the assailants came for him. With a rather clumsy dodge he threw himself to the ground ceasing the kunai in front of him at its hilt, quickly turning around, his blade held high, he pierced the neck of his attacker, whose lifeless body now collapsed in front of the young boy. With no time to even think of what he had done, Lihin's body reacted with such speed and strength, as the rage and anger overwhelmed him, as he now moved slightly to the right, dodging a stab to his, back only to slit the throat of the second attacker.. a young girl whose life was now snuffed out at the end of his kunai.
Again and again he cut through those who came for him, wishing to take his life, out of pure killing instinct, he effortless tore his way through the masses even in his weakened state, as if his body had acted of its own will. Eventually the slaughter ceased, the surrounding watchers leaped from their vantage points, containing the survivors, almost half of the gathered children where dead. Standing in a pool of the crimson fluid which now covered his body, was Lihin, the rage left him, his frenzy ceased, silence was the only word to describe his state in that moment. The most peculiar thing of it all, he did not cry, as the others did, he did now pity any of his opponents this day, he had destroyed those who were weak, and thus strengthen himself. It was fates will that he would live, and they would die, as it was fates will he was spared back in his village, he understood now, it all made sense to him.
As he pondered over these many aspects of his actions, these survivors were brought to their new quarters, as they would begin their training as ninja's of the hand.
Genin Life ---
After 6 years, of rigorous, not to mention brutal training, bordering that of actual torture. Lihin now at the age of 11 is proving himself to be an excellent ninja. Already far ahead of almost all of the candidates in his generation in terms of skill, he slowly earned the respect of his 'brothers in arms', even being feared by some among his ranks due to his unshaken resolve and ruthless nature. Having spent the last 6 years in extensive training of the 3 known ninja arts, the young boy showed himself to be a true natural at Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. As his abilities and senses improved so to did the intensity of his training as with all young shinobi of the hand, they were taught to read, decipher battle strategies, as well as controlling their emotions and maintaining focus on the path ahead, those who were successful lived on strengthening themselves, while those who were to weak, was granted only a swift death. However as always, Lihin succeeded again and again, so determined to prevail, yet one could even so much as guess what drove the young boy to attain such success. Each of their instructors he determined was from each of the hidden villages of the world, such as to grant them knowledge of both and mastery of many. Having practiced in all of the known chakra elements he quickly proved himself to be a master in terms of lightning and the water element, displaying and almost natural talent in controlling these deadly forces of nature.
Being kept underground for training purposes and for the sake of subtlety, neither one of the young ninja's had even seen the light of day for the past 6 years, and whether they would ever be allowed to again was unknown. Their water supply came from a series of underground rivers, as well as a delicate array of small air vents leading to the surface supplying air to their underground fortress, rendering the need to ever going outside completely unnecessary. Having spent all these years knowing only battle and discipline, Lihin's memory of his past life had all but vanished. All that haunts his dreams is minor flashes of his parents, soon followed by their brutal death, and the crows... feeding of their flesh, with their bone chilling cackle, these ebony birds roamed the planes of his dreams. Strangely enough, against all thinkable odds, one day when he returned to his quarters, he was met by a black bird resting upon his bed, a crow, gently ruffling its feathers with its sharp beak. It must have gotten in through the air vents, but for it to make its way to his sleeping quarters out of all the others was most peculiar, and Lihin couldn’t help but wonder, why. Why did it come here, why did it chose his room to hide in and keep out of harms way. Cautiously approaching the animal, it did not move so much as and inch, not even a feather fluttered, as the young boy neared. Crouching down in front of this ebony bird, he and its met, and as Lihin stared into those black eyes, he couldn’t help but feel a sudden sense of displacement creep down his spine, as if something called out to him from beyond the fabric of this mortal realm. Legend has it that crows where the harbingers of death, the incarnation of deaths spirit. In feeding of the flesh of the dead, they brought their souls safely to the afterlife. In this moment, it was as if Lihin caught a glimpse of his family in the birds eye, as if a connection had grown between the crow and the boy. Noticing its wing, no doubt having suffered some damage while making its decent through the vents, Lihin nurtured the injured animal until its wings where once again restored to their former glory. From that day forth it was as if a bond had formed between Lihin and this ominous bird, it followed him around, and even appeared as though doing his bidding at times, able to understand the boys words for some strange reason. Naming his new friend Zaji, suddenly Lihin was not all alone in this damp and dark place.
A few years passed, and Lihins strength continued to grow as they were nearing their first true test. This conveniently fitted with a fresh gathering of young war victims to be brought into the order. As they were gathered within the great hall, Lihin watched from a nearby stone summit, his eyes carefully following each of these new recruits. He remembered back when he was first brought into the order, the blood and gore that followed their initiation harden his heart and made him understand that the weak had no place in this world, he was indeed curious to see if these innocent 'cubs' would find the way, just as he did, or perish.... time would soon tell.
As the violence erupted like a storm Lihin's eyes quickly fell upon one special individual. A boy about the same age as him, merely sitting there in the midst of all the blood and the horror, crying.. yet completely unharmed, protected by what seemed to be a shield of pure chakra, moving as if having a will of its own, and this boy having no control of it, all he did was weep. Such a peculiar thing, and such a weak act. As the bloodbath died out, the boy was still sitting among the broken corpses of his foes, and as the instructors was about to escort him to his quarters, the young Lihin intervened. Puzzled by this boys apparent lack of resolve, with no will to fight, seemingly content to sit there sorrow ladened, lost to his own self pity, such a waste of great potential. Lihin couldn’t help but pity the boy, in him he saw the same sorrow he once shrug off, and instead embraced a new calling, using his hatred rather then being a slave to it. Leaping from his vantage point within the shadows, he landed directly in front of the boy, as their eyes met for a brief moment, however in this exact moment, it was as if he could see this boys horrid experince prior to being brought here being played out before his very eyes, sensing a deep hatred and desire for revenge within his soul. Easily dodging his impending lash at him, Lihin continuously taunted and goaded this sad figure, as if hoping to bring out his anger and hatred so that he might be free from the bonds of fear and doubt as he once was. A heated battle thus ensued between the two, eventually resulting in Lihin being trapped by the boys strange chakra shield, however as he was about to receive the final blow, a voice rung hollow across the hall.
"Congratulations... you two have proven yourselves worthy of passing the first elimination, return to your quarters and await further instructions."
A faint smirk was shown edging its way across Lihins lips at this moment, they were always watching it seems. Furthermore it would appear that this boy was something special after all, he wasn’t even required to go through the training period Lihin and the others have, even more peculiar was that both of them was spared the original elimination process, perhaps their display of skill and battle prowess was evidence enough.
As Lihin was about to turn away, the boy he just fought spoke to him, in and unusual passive tone of voice.
"Pleased to meet you... Im Ranka..."
Odd that after their minor encounter that he would even show such a polite gesture as and introduction, however the look in his eye explained more then a thousand words ever could. He knew that Ranka had finally realized what Lihin had all those years ago in this very chamber... now he needed only to hone his skill and remain steadfast in controlling his emotions. Thus Lihin in light of Ranka's introduction spoke only one word, the first word he had spoken ever since he was brought here to the order.
"Lihin...."
Chuunin Life ---
Following Lihin and Ranka's immediate promotion to the next level, their training evolved as well. No longer acting on their own, those who pass the first elimination are to be teamed up with another ninja of similar skill, serving as a symbol of balance, one anchors the other. Thus Lihin and Ranka were teamed up to work together in their strive for perfecting the ninja arts. At first reluctant to be teamed up with one such as Ranka, thinking that his display of momentary weakness and lack of resolve back in the great hall, thinking that such emotions still lurked within the core of his mind frustrated the young Lihin, thinking it would only halt his own progress, however he was sorely mistaken. As the years flew by, their skills improved and their powers grew, Lihin clearly saw the transformation Ranka underwent. Through Lihin's guidance, he learned to control his emotions, to focus his hate rather then simply allowing it to rule him. In turn, Ranka's seemingly passive nature and kind acts towards his teammate had what would seem to be a positive effect on Lihin, it made him consider the fact that perhaps he was not all alone in this world. Seeing as how Ranka is the only one shown to have ever exchanged words with Lihin, Ranka slowly convinced his friend to share his thoughts and memories, as he in turn told him of the horror that had befallen him and his clan. Lihin couldn’t help but feel Ranka's pain echoing strongly within his words, he learned that the two were not so different after all, they both lost all they held dear, where Lihin never knew the identity of his attackers, and at this point he may not even care. Ranka on the other hand, knew the name of his tormentor, Kel Eligor. As a testament to their bond, Lihin swore to him that he would do everything in his power to help him in his quest for vengeance, that they might one day bring Ranka's so called 'brother' to justice.
Ten years passed, Lihin and Ranka had both reached adulthood, as the day finally came for these young assassins to complete their final test.
Through these ten years, Lihin and his fellow ninja had undergone trials of the utmost difficulty, each more life threatening then the last, of the hundreds of young children who was brought into the order so many years ago, only a handful remained. Each of them having sharpened their abilities, and perfected the art of the shinobi, they would now prove whether or not they were worthy to transcend, and join the ranks of the Hando no Hateshi as Servants of Fate. Thus came the summons, Lihin and Ranka were brought to the great hall, along with the other remaining teams, So many memories of this dark and damp cavern had become etched into Lihin's memory over the course of his life. He remembered his very first kill, it was as id he could still feel the blood that covered his entire body that day, taking a moment to gaze at the exact spot of where the act had been committed. He remembered the day he first met Ranka, turning his head if only slightly to look towards the exact same spot where he found him crouched in rivers of blood, in the middle of this grand hall, it seemed time, was very fleeting indeed. As the test was about to begin, Lihin granted Ranka a most unusual glare for a man of his caliber, in his eyes, there was a strong sense of pride and honor, to see what his friend had accomplished over the years... what they had accomplished. How Ranka had found his 'way of the shinobi' in the midst of all his rampaging hatred and anger... it was enough to bring a small amount of joy to the icy husk of Lihins heart, even if it was only but a little. Nodding his head in acknowledgement of his strength, Lihin was proud to stand side by side with his loyal friend and companion. Then came a voice Lihin had not heard in many years, by the sound of it, the voice was that and an aged man, deep and carrying with it a distinctive sense of great wisdom and truth, exactly like the one he heard echoing throughout the cavern when he was first brought here all those years ago.
"You have done well in making it this far... your conviction and faith in the wheel is remarkable, your strength unparalleld.... however there is but one last test you must face before you are worthy to join the ranks of the Hand."
In this moment, two warriors emerged from within the very shadows, escorted only by the deep strong voice that rung hollow throughout the hallowed halls of the order.
"You must face the Hands of Fate, our strongest warriors.... survive 5 minutes against these merciless individuals, and you will have passed the test...Begin"
The Hands of Fate.. as suspected by both Lihin and Ranka, this final test would indeed eliminate the weak, and allow only the strong to live on. However in spite of these grim odds, neither one of the two shinobi seemed troubled or worried.. it was almost as if they had counted on this from the very beginning. As the orders strongest warriors charged in against Lihin and Ranka, conveniently being the closest target, the two did not falter, far from it, they seemed as though they were looking forward to it, how ironic that the hands of fate would soon meet the very thing they served. As Lihin and Ranka's assailants were within range, the trap was sprung, with but a single hand seal performed by Lihin. It wasn’t long before the entire area around the four warriors was covered in a thick mist, so dense that it made even the most vigilant attempt to determine what happened within utterly impossible. Suddenly the silence within the great hall was broken by the sound of two screams, one following the other almost instantly. The fog was thus lifted, revealing a sight that made the surrounding teams brandish a look of complete awe and amazement, even the usual demeanor of the higher ranking members overseeing the preliminary eliminations was shaken due to this unexpected outcome. Standing over the bodies of the former Hands of Fate was Lihin and Ranka. Never in the history of the Hando no Hateshi has anyone ever been able to defeat the Hands of Fate in the preliminary eliminations, let alone kill them. Thus in light of their astonishing victory, Lihin and Ranka were immediately selected to serve as the new Hands of Fate.
Alternative Path Life ---
As time went by, Lihin and Ranka quickly made quite a reputation for themselves within the Hando no Hateshi, their contracts and assassinations were executed flawlessly as they continued to carve a bloody trail throughout the land all in the name of fate. Their faith in the wheel had already been proven when they received the mark of Sosei, yet still they continued to impress, to succeed regardless of the situation. Their relentless pursuit of balance soon became legendary as the years passed, their skills unmatched by all who had come before, some even believed that they were in fact inhuman, and merely the incarnations of Sosei's fiery retribution. Alas whether the rumors prove true or not is knowledge held only by Lihin and Ranka, yet the evidence of such was clear enough for even a blind man to see. However despite their many successes, neither one of them was truly satisfied. Lihin knew what troubled his trusted friend, and what troubled Ranka, in turn troubled Lihin... it is the way of balance, one always anchors the other. He watched as Ranka became more and more vengeful by the day, so sorrow ladened. Seeing his friend like this was a sad thing indeed, it would seem one could only carry the guilt and pain of blaming one self for so long, it pained Lihin to see such transgression in his loyal friend. He sought to free Ranka from this charge, to help ease burden he had to carry, of all the lives of his clan... he swore it to him all those years ago, and was not about to break his oath. As such he held on along with Ranka and placed his trust in the will of fate, surely it would lead them towards their intended goal, and so it did, it seemed that the Blind Demon was to play a part in their destiny after all. The day finally came when the order was given to the Hands of Fate, the Wheel of Fate had decided that the so called Kel Eligor was to unstable to keep in check, his very existence threatened the balance of the world, he was a ruthless individual who left only chaos in his wake, and so he could not be allowed to live. It was clear that this news brought a most sinister smile to Ranka's lips, finally they would be able to bring the Blind Demon of the Marada to justice. Wherever they went, on whatever mission, the assasination of Kel Eligor was to be their top priority at all times.
And so their hunt for the emerald-eyed devil began, and it wasn’t long until their search bore fruit.
A heated battle ensued between the three, and ended like so many others would, all of them wounded, and that fiend managing to slip through their fingers at every turn. For years they relentlessly hunted him across the world like and animal, battling on numerous occasions with each of their encounters more intensifying then the last, however even the blind eyes of Kel Eligor could see that he wouldn’t be able to keep on running, the noose they had wrapped around his neck was slowly beginning to tightened, and would continue to do so until the day he would finally die at the hands of Lihin and Ranka. As such they continue their relentless fight for maintaining balance in the name of fate, so that this world might remain, and order be restored.
|Ninja Skills|
Primary Weapons:
Lihin's primary weapons are two Katars named Ukiyo and Shikyo, specially crafted to hold three blades each, unlike the usual katars which carry only one. Some who have had the honor of witnessing these blades in action, has often been lead astray as to determine the actual nature of these weapons, due to the sheer grace and speed of which he wields them. It looks almost as if he merely has a pair of talons or claws rather then actual blades, which has often lead to certain rumors to circulate among the ranks of the organization, saying that he is in fact some sort of devil. Very beautiful as well as being elegant in their design, they are clearly of western origin as indicated by the curved markings and symbols upon their blades as well as the hilt. These blades, including his short blades and kunai are all coated in a highly potent poison he himself made which slowly numbs the target, and eventually sends them into a complete state of paralysis should they receive even a minute cut by his weapons.

Technique Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique)
Rank: B
Element: Neutral
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
By forming chakra in the user's middle and index fingers, they can then quickly jab someone in the eyes, on the forehead, or at the base of the skull to send a shockwave of chakra through the nervous system. This jutsu paralyses an opponent, leaving them open for attack. The jutsu can be broken if the target's will or strength overpowers the user.
After Effects:
None to the user, although precise Chakra control must be employed while using this technique. Furthermore, the Temporary Paralysis Technique is only ever taught to ANBU members due to its power.
Exclusive?: ANBU only
Technique Name: Bunshin Daibakuha (Clone Great Explosion.)
Rank: A
Element: Neutral
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
This jutsu works in combination with the all known clone jutsus, after performing the simple hand seals, the user will create a clone to fight at their side, which is thus able to explode on command through the use of chakra. Depending on the amount of chakra channeled into the technique the blast caused by the attack is devastating, and could potentially kill any attacker within close range of the clone.
After Effects: A moderate amount of chakra is needed in order to perform this jutsu, however the amount used all depends on how large an explosion the Ninja wishes the create.
Exclusive?: No
Technique Name: Kage Bunshin no jutsu: (Shadow Clone Technique.)
Rank: B
Element: Neutral
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
The Shadow Clone Technique creates actual copies, not illusions, of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone a fraction of the user's overall power. Because of this, the technique itself is considered dangerous; when creating multiple copies of one's self it is possible to use up all of one's chakra fairly quickly. While the standard Shadow Clone Technique typically creates no more than five clones, through extended chakra use however, it can allow the creation of a limitless number of clones so long as the user has enough chakra to distribute amoung the clones.
In addition any experience the shadow clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target and then have the clone disperse itself to quickly pass the information back to the user. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train.
After Effects: Depending on the amount of clones created this jutsu can be very taxing on a users chakra reserves.

Technique Name: Raiton, Toku (Lightning Element: Lightning Shield.)
Rank: A
Element: Lightning
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
Yet another jutsu Lihin developed on his own, similair to the Raiton, Raiden. This jutsu simply creates a focused field of lightning currents all around the users body, by greatly enchancing the body's bioelectrical impulses through chakra, electricuting anything that comes into contact with it. Depending on the amount of chakra put into the jutsu, the magnitude of the lightning charge created can differ from simple yet painful paralysis effects to the opponent, or with enough chakra, the charge can even be pushed up to the limits of being lethal to the touch. Such devastating power however would become quite dangerous to the user itself. So long as the user maintains their chakra stable they can maintain this field of lightning for as long as they wish.
After Effects: A constant drain of the users chakra is evident for as long as the shield remains active, also if the user should chose to increasse the power of the charge to the point of being lethal, the one performing the jutsu would not walk away completely unscaved. Seeing as this electrcity is created via the electrical impulses of the users body, enchancing them to such a degree could cause considerable damage to internal organs, as well as muscle tissue and the central nervous system if such frightening power is channeled throughout the body over long periods of time.
Exclusive?: Lihin Only, can be taught.
Technique Name: Raiton, Hiraishin: (Lightning Element: Thunder God.)
Rank: S
Element: Lightning
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
This technique simply allows the Ninja to summon lightning directly out of the sky to their hand, which serves as the medium for this dreaded force of nature, thus shoting it towards their opponent at incredible speed. Seeing as this is natural lightning from the sky, its power far surpasses that of other normal lightning jutsus created through chakra alone, thus even if it misses a target, the shock of the blast could still cause severe burns due to the sheer temperature of the lightning bolt and potentially kill and enemy. If a thunder storm is at work, this jutsu becomes a powerful tool indeed, making the user able to bring down the wrath of the heavens upon their enemies at a low cost of chakra. When Lihin first learned this jutsu from one of his instructors of the order, it was believed to be useless unless thunder clouds were within the area. However Lihin found another way, a way that would anihalte this jutsus weakness once and for all. By releasing his own chakra into the air, the Ninja can cause oxegyn particles to travel extremely fast, as a way of creating friction, thus creating static discharge indentical to that of a lightning cloud, making him able to use it regardless of weather conditions.
After Effects:
The main drawback of this jutsu would undoubtedly be the high cost of chakra if there are no lightning clouds available, an inexperinced user could find themselves drained after only one shot. Secondly the user would have to be gifted in chakra manipulation to even be able to create such static discharge if there isent any thunder to be found. Furthermore extreeme concentration is needed when manipulating lightning itself, those new to the technique could quickly fall prey to it themselves if they loose their focus even but a little, as such the user must remain stationary when channeling the lightning. This jutsu requires a series of five handseals in order to use, however after it has been activated once during the day, the user need not perform the needed handseals again.
Exclusive?: Lihin only, can be taught.
Technique Name: Raiton, Raiden (Lightning element: Lightning Justice)
Rank: A
Element: Lightning
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
A jutsu Lihin picked up from his friend Ranka many years ago. As the name suggests, this Jutsu permits a ninja to use the thunder itself as a weapon. Interestingly enough, this jutsu uses the Ninja’s Chakra, transmitted as electrical pulses to conduct it through the weapon he bares in his hand or the particles of water in the air to give it the shape of an energy blade, imbuing the weapon with electrical power for as long as the Ninja can maintain his Chakra stable. The magnitude of the charge depends on how much Chakra is being focused upon activation and the continuous drain resulting will also vary in consequence to the amount needed to be stabilized through the weapon so that the Ninja does not injure himself.
This Jutsu gives the Ninja an unfair advantage over his prey in a sword fight since every strike will conduct itself through the opponent’s weapon should he parry or cause additional, more lethal damage should the blade sink into his flesh.
After Effects: Two options are available for the use of this Jutsu; First, A weapon with a conducting material, like metal. Using such will conclude in Moderate-low Chakra use for activation with constant charka minimal drain to maintain the charge within the weapon. Second option is with no weapon at all with high Chakra use required and moderate Chakra drain to maintain. Both require a series of three hand seals to perform although after it has been activated once during the day, the ninja needs not perform the seal again to activate the Jutsu.

Technique name: Kiri no Chishingai (Mist of a Thousand Terrors.)
Rank: B
Element: Water
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
A jutsu Lihin developed on his own in his early years. After performing the nessecary handseals, it creates an incredibly thick mist made from the users own chakra by utilizing the water particles in the air. Robbing any ninja of their sight should they find themselves caught in this jutsu. Without their sight, the user is able to remain undetected and to plan out a strategy. Seeing as how the fog is infused with the users own chakra, the ninja is thus able to sense his enemies all around him, able pinpoint their exact location by sending out minute vibrations in the flow of chakra to locate them. Another notable feat of this jutsu is that those gifted in sensing the flow of chakra from others, or even able to see the delicate flow of energy within the body, such as the mighty Byakugan, would find themselves quite at a disadvatange when caught in this mist. Since it is in sense created through the users own chakra it is only a question of how much chakra is applied into the jutsu to elude such senses, rendering such chakra sensing abilities utterly useless in the process.
After Effects:
An inexperinced user performing this jutsu would find themselves fatigued rather quickly without being gifted in the ways of chakra control, where as a true master of the technique would be able to maintain it for days on end using only a minimal amount of chakra. However if the need calls to expand the area of effect, it would also increasse the amount of chakra drained from the user. The larger the area, the bigger the consumption. For a nin new to the technique this takes a total of six handseals to activate, however Lihin has been shown, being able to do it with only one.
Exclusive?: Lihin only, can be taught.
Technique Name: Kiri Bunshin no Jutsu: (Mist Clone Technique.)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Element: Water
Description:
A technique Lihin once learned from one of the Rain nin instructors of the order, one that he has altered to suit his own needs. Like many other clone techniques, this one simply creates a clone made from mist. It cannot attack, and useually reverts back into mist after reciving a crushing blow from the opposing nin. However what seperates this from other known clone jutsus, is that Lihin has found a way to forcefully make the clones change their appearance by molding his chakra to fit the desired form. All that is required is for one to concentrate on a particular face and body of a person the user has encountered before, he can even make his clones take on demonic appearances to ensue fear and anguish in the hearts of his enemies. Another thing to be noted is that if there is mist available in the area, creating these clones takes up next to no chakra at all, leaving room for the nin to focus his attention towards changing the appearances of the clones if he so wishes it. One can craft an entire army of clones, to scare off any large opposing force, or trick other weakened armies into attacking beliving them to have received reinforcements, deception is sometimes more preferable over the use of brute force.
After Effects: None
Exclusive?: Lihin only, can be taught.
Technique Name: Hando no Hateshi: (Hand of Fate)
Rank: S
Element: Neutral
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
A jutsu which is useually used in conjunction with his Kiri no Chishingai, Lihin poessing extrodinary knowledge of alchemy, can forcefully alter the atoms, particles and chemical components in the air, and within his mist through the use of his chakra to create deadly toxins and hallucinagens among other things. Even going as far as being able to multiply or substract certain atoms and particles, such as multiplying the water particles in the mist itself to create rain, or any other form of mollecual manipulation to suit his needs given the situation.
After Effects: A low amount of chakra is needed to perform the jutsu, however it still carries one or two major drawbacks. Changing the very nature of molecules and particles is a very delicate process, as seen in many medical jutsus such as the Mystical Palm Technique. As such this jutsu requires some time before its powers can be utilized. Furthermore a great deal of concentration and immense chakra control is required if one is to sucessfully alter the chemical components found in every exsisting thing, thus the user must remain focused at all times. Which unfortunately restricts the movements of the user for as long as it is channeled.
Exclusive?: Lihin Only
Technique Name: Hane no Fenikkusu: (Wing of the Phoenix.)
Rank: S
Element: Neutral
Style: Ninjutsu
Description:
As with all those selected to become the Hands of Fate, the power of Sosei's mark branded onto their hand holds mystic powers, manifesting itself differently in each of the chosen ones, In Lihin's case, his 'gift' has been turned into something rather unique. By concentrating Chakra into the mark, it will instantly spawn a highly durable Chakra shield in the form of a phoenix wing, covering the entire right arm of the user. Upon the shields manifestation, it will effectively absorb any Chakra-induced attack for as long as the shield remains active. However because it feeds on Chakra to sustain itself, it will dissapear the moment there is no more energy to consume.
After Effects:
A major drawback when using this jutsu is the ravenous hunger of Sosei's chakra that makes up the shield, if there is no chakra around for it to devour, the shield will slowly start to drain the users own chakra, until there is either nothing left or it is dispelled by the user.
Exclusive? Lihin Karasu only.
Technique Name: Elgueva (Blind Fighting)
Rank: C
Element: Neutral
Style: Taijutsu
Description:
To properly use Elgueva, one must be ready to deprive themselves of sight in order to rely sorely on their other senses to fight an opponent. Elgueva forces a ninja to hone his reflexes according to hearing and his other feelings to fight an opponent blind folded and see past the image eyes provide to perceive the world with instinct alone.
Elgueva is mostly seen as a training method as it is a fighting style that greatly handicaps a ninja’s ability for the lack of sight needed to practice it, although should it be mastered, one could deprive themselves of all sight and be able to fight even the most accomplished Taijutsu master’s, for where eyes can be deceived, other senses may not be as easily tricked. Not only this, but because it requires one to hone their senses, it eventually heighten a Ninja’s alertness, and awareness of his surroundings, alas proving to become an invaluable asset if regularly trained.
After Effects: None to a trained user, although disorienting if a person is not accustomed to the irregular fighting style.
Exclusive?: No
Incantation Kuchiyose, Tenshukensei (Summoning: God of Balance.)
Summoning Species: Ethereal Phoenix
Name: Sosei
Description:Sosei is a mystical bird made entirely of energy; a phoenix. Originating since time immemorial, it has since long shed of its physical aspect, now only appearing as a wraith from the realm of spirits, and the dead. Sosei has been in legends since the dawn of eternity, and its appearance has always been the source of many men’s awe and curiosity. Once it appears, the transition from the spiritual realm to the material plane generates blue-white flames, which slowly take the form of the phoenix. Once Sosei is fully summoned, it appears as a flaming bird inhabited by a white light, giving it an otherworldly appearance despite its physical form. An intriguing aspect of Sosei is that the flames composing it seems to consume him the longer it stays in the material world, slowly making it undergo a series of hues and colors before disappearing.
Attacks:
Hantei (Judgement)
Both Ninjas bearing the mark of the hand of fate must be present in order for the phoenix to be summoned. Using the mark as a medium for the summoning, both must concentrate an extreme amount of Chakra onto the symbol until it changes its physical properties, and spawn the symbols of the contract in the air around them. Once both halves of the contract merge together, the summoners’ Chakra is absorbed by the symbols to give them a tangible, energetic form. Both ninjas must then sign the contract with their blood to summon the phoenix. Sosei will emerge from the convergence of the symbols in a flash of blue flames. Sosei, bearing the same constitution as a wraith is bound by the limits of his dimension; it is intangible and immaterial, more akin to air than true matter even in the world of men. Alas, the phoenix is unable to touch anything, however, this state enables it to traverse any distance free of obstacles since it can pass through virtually any structure. Upon the command of the Hands of Fate, Sosei will charge towards its prey at break-neck speed. To sustain itself, the phoenix must absorb Chakra constantly before consuming itself, and returning to the spiritual world. Alas, once it is launched, the phoenix will begin to devour Chakra from the world around it in a form of implosion, this creates a violent vortex easily able to draw in nearby opponents, hereby making itself disappear after an instant in the form of and implosion. However, in this moment, every tangible living thing in the vicinity turns to glass. As energy is drained from a human being, or any object, loosing the very essence of its life force, its chakra, its soul. The object will thus revert to glass, seeing as it is merely and empty shell of itself, without any composition, fragile, and clear, nothing is left behind. The users themselves are deviod of their chakra as the beast dissapears due to the ravenous appetite of Sosei, however unlike everything else around them, they walk away with their lives.. and souls intact.
No records have been registered as to Sosei being ever used in combat, however the Hando no Hateshi are notoriously proficient at hidden even the most insignificant detail about their organizations past. There are areas around the world that could have potentially been victim to the phoenix’s power, as entire forests, rivers and mountain ranges, and everything found within have turned into glass over night, and remain so even to this day, with no clue as to how or why.
