Description: Unleashes a focused sonic boom; the blast is strong enough to crush rock in its path. Its trajectory is strictly linear, although once it connects with a solid object the sound wave will scatter around the area of impact and destroy anything in a radius of twenty meters. Anyone nearby will also momentarily lose their sense of hearing due to the high level of decibels the blast creates.
After Effects: Moderate chakra consumption, the user may be harmed if caught in the blast.

Description: By using bells of different pitch and playing them in a specific order, the user is able to distort the brain’s perception of his victim. Depending on the music played by the bells, the user is able to instill a variety of emotions in his targets, even seduce them if the technique is executed correctly. While this does not create a visual illusion, it greatly impairs the victim’s judgment and inhibitions in face of the emotion they are feeling.
After Effects: The bells need to be placed on a field to focus on a very specific point, essentially limiting the efficiency of the jutsu over a given area. If the user is placed within the focal point of the bells, he will also be subjected to the effects of the genjutsu.

Technique Name: Sueosoroshii Oto (Ominous sound)

Description: Creates a sound of any desired kind around the targeted area, giving someone the sense that something is around them that does not actually exist.

Technique Name: Suzu no Hachi Zaigou no Zetsumei (Bells of the Eight Sins of Death)

Description: High sound vibrations are created from eight bells, which all focus on a single point. Because of the intense tremor, molecules begin to dissipate, essentially dissolving organic and non-organic tissue. Lesions will begin to form and extend after continuous exposure both externally and internally.
After Effects: Eight bells have to be appropriately placed to form an octagonal shaped field, after their activation, anything standing in the field will be destroyed, including the user since it is required that he stands in the Jutsu’s area of effect for the technique to work.

Mind-Rake Bells seems a bit god-play, due to the whole manipulating another person's character thing

As far as the bells of the eight sins of death go, it mush be a "twin suicide snake" like move, with the same effects done to the user

I can understand the concern for the mind rake ability. Actualy, I simply intend to post an emotion up in a descriptive manner, and let the player act on that emotion by themselves; I will not be manipulating the character, just directing it into a certain emotional pattern, whic could end up being very funny for RP situations.

-Ninjas are on the brink of death, there is no more hope for them, each have seen their friends butchered before their eyes... and they begin to piss their pants laughing out of pure, unadultered joy.

I'd just love to see how people interpret emotions in their characters too. If anything, I will PM targets myself to see if the technique may be used with their approval, if it is a concern.
