Personality:
He never really knew his team mates, and never took the time to learn their names. To him, training was more important than anything else, including personal afflictions. When He sets his mind to something, he will stop at nothing to achieve it. He is kind, but funny, and foolish. Though intelligent, he gives off an idiotic appearance, and cannot keep in one place very long. He goes to the limits of betraying those close to him, in order to achieve the destruction of those who oppose him. Despite this, he is generally loyal, and is not a leader, but more specifically just a commander.
He is a funny and lay back kind of person, who is often lazy when entering battle, never trying to defeat foes with unnecessary techniques. His mind works in a way which is beyond the comprehension of most human kind, and he is able to defeat an opponent of Jounin rank, as easily as if they were Chuunin.
Under all circumstances, Tatin is a trust worthy ally. Tatin is always for the good of the mission, thus making him a rare, but ever so useful ninja to fight alongside. This may in fact be formed by his never stopping till you reach the top attitude. Within The mist of battle, Tatin shows a clear face, without emotion, and with a single goal on his mind; find his opponent’s weakness, and utilize his abilities to expose it. Although he hardly ever requires to complete such a goal, he finds that true battle requires such a thing to be done. He spends a great amount of time within battle to attempt to reveal that you learn more about someone from fighting them, than you will by simply sitting down, and entering a conversation with sed person, or an accompany of that person.

History:
Young Life----
As a young child, Tatin fantasized about the Uchiha Clan, and their fire manipulation abilities, which were far beyond that of the regular ninja. Though he never truly knew his parents, and was an orphan, he had known that they were Ninjas. They reined from different clans, both with bloodline abilities, yet Tatin never showed abilities with either. It is unknown if his parents lived, or died during the previous ninja wars, though Tatin has been told countless times that they no longer live.
At his third year of life, Tatin managed to get his hands onto a Kunai, training with it to no end. Ever so often, he would be forced to remove the Kunai in self defense, but by simply showing the Kunai, he managed to scare the other children.
During his pre-Academy Life years, he had shown skill with Wind Manipulation, which was something he was not proud of. Though his skills were within Wind, he constantly found himself working on the basic chakra manipulations of fire. For the younger years of his life, he was constantly working on it, rather than preparing for the academy, or training in his wind element. All who spoke to him told him that the ability to change the natural element of one’s self was not something that came easily, and would probably never be accomplished. Although on most occasions they would have been correct, Tatin continued to push himself, until he was finally able to use the basic fire manipulation.
Academy Life----
At the age of eight, he entered the academy. His scores were wide ranged, as were his skills in the different classes of Jutsus. Tatin was excelling in Ninjutsu, showing it as a natural ability. He held a more so average score in Taijutsu, showing deep abilities with Kunai, perhaps from the one he obtained during his younger years. But no matter how gifted his was in Ninjutsu, and how skilled he was in Taijutsu, He remained with one of the lowest scores within the academy for his Genjutsu. On the written exams, he showed that he had the knowledge of a genjutsu master, yet on the field; he was incredibly unskilled, failing to even complete a proper genjutsu technique. Because of his different scores in the attributes of Jutsu, He was placed in honor courses for his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.
By the time his tenth birthday came around, he had begun to show extreme mastership of Fire techniques, and no longer showed any abilities in Wind techniques. Such ability could only come as a complete, and utter shocker to those who were close, and those who were not, to him, yet he didn’t understand the concept of Chakra Natures, and found that anyone could do it with enough training.
By the time the Genin Exams came around, he was fully prepared. Though he got the highest scores on his Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, his genjutsu score was, as always, incredibly low, making him almost unable to pass. However, because of his High Ninjutsu and Taijutsu scores, he was able to just barely pass.
Genin Life---- His Genin Life was not long, and began at the age of twelve, one year before most Genin. The Primary Reason for his graduation was his skill in Fire Techniques. At this point, he began to learn the more difficult Fire Techniques, Such as the Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique. His master was a water manipulator, thus resulting in them not getting along very well. He never really knew his team mates, and never took the time to learn their names. To him, training was more important than anything else, including personal afflictions. Upon reaching the age fourteen, he thought of himself as ready to enter into the exams, forcing his Sensei to let them. Through a quick show of skills, the sensei gave them to okay, allowing them to compete in the chuunin exams. During the chuunin exams, his teammates were wiped out during the secondary elimination process, and as a result, he was the only one who made it to the final round. Upon entering into the finals, he fought a lightning ninja with powers of pure manipulations, causing a lightning storm to appear from what was originally a clear day. Amazed by this technique, a mental note was made: Upon Reaching Chuunin Level, he would create a new fire technique. Though the battle was long, he eventually outsmarted his opponent, and defeated him with a final shot of the Grand Fire Ball Technique, a technique that was often used by the Uchiha Clan, which he admired so much.
Chuunin Life----
Upon Reaching Chuunin Rank, he began to form multiple manipulations of his Fire Element, forming multiple combos, yet not forming pure manipulation of his surroundings. It was by remembering his battle with the lightning ninja that he was able to finally create his new technique, or more specifically, a new type of chakra itself. By remaining in the sun and moving chakra throughout his body in a constant stream, the Solar Energy would begin to enter into his chakra, forming a new type of chakra. Tatin was able to create multiple techniques, each using this new chakra he found: Solar Chakra. Though perhaps not the original discoverer, he was the first to us it in such a manner, becoming a Fire Manipulative master, and finding the best ways to utilize the new abilities. Once he learned it however, many Jounin began to seek this new elemental manipulative chakra, continuously bothering him, and driving him to become a missing ninja. At the age of eighteen, four years after becoming a Chuunin, he packed his things, moving to the outskirts of the fire country, in an attempt to live in peace. One thing led to another, and he soon began to collect bounties. Now, havoc was beginning to break loose. ANBU Red was within the finishing steps of creation, and Tatin was beginning to receive less and less bounties. One such bounty led him to meet Sengar Hyuuga, a man which led a small organization of Bounty Hunters, claiming that more bounties would be popping up everywhere. Through conversation, Sengar attempted to convince Tatin to join his organization, yet Tatin refuse. After tempting him to join, Sengar took his leave, speaking as if they would meet again, when the time was right. Since then, he continued to challange the Bounties, but found there to be greater bounties outside the Fire Country.
Missing-nin Life----
His Life as a Missing-Nin started for a single reason; He wanted more money. A Bounty had reached the fire country, being on the head of a ninja within the Cliff Country. Seeking an early retirement, he saught to leave the Fire Country, requesting the premission of the Leaf Military to due so. Being as his abilities were something seeked by the military, they turned him down, hoping that he would offer to train them in exchange for free movement outside the country; they were wrong. After hearing of the military lacking to give him the rights to leave, he simply did what he intended on doing; leaving, no matter what was in the way. He was truly showing Courtesy with his request, for he had little reason to ask. Soon after crossing the boarder of the Fire Country, he found himself once again meeting Sengar Hyuuga, asking if he was interested in joining them now. Quickly, Tatin refused, claiming that he was to retire after the hunt was finished. Has Tatin kept his plan to himself, he might've achieved it. But his foolishness was his own undoing. As Tatin came into Cliff Country, Sengar was awaiting his arrival, already having collected the bounty. In an attempt to steal the ryo of the bounty, Tatin joined the forces, with the intention of betraying them when the chance was handed to him.
Black Op Life ----
Sengar had taken great interest in Tatin, being the cause as to why he achieved the rank of Commando in a record breaking time of three months. Already, his intentions had begun to change. For once, he was give complete respect, and no one dared to attack him or even request to learn his abilities for their own. It was in the basics of Black Ops; what good is a powerful weapon if your enemy can so easily hold it as their own? This question was at the foundation of the Black Ops, and was held to the highest extent.
Though given the freedom of movement, Tatin Cue had been stationed in the same country of which he enrolled into the Black Ops; Cliff Country. Amongst his superiors, he was stubbon, yet eligant in his fighting style. Though he held a personality that always showed, he was unique, in the way of which if you told him to do something, he'd do it. Though his original ambition was to take the money of the bounties for his own, it changed in time. No longer does he put himself first, but now he holds the Black Ops to the highest respect.

Jutsus and Techniques:
Leaf Whirlwind - Using his quickness and agility, The user performs a spinning kick to sweep his opponent off their feet.
Leaf Hurricane - This Jutsu is mainly a set-up one, and consists of kicking the opponent high into the air, thus leaving them vulnerable to a subsequent more powerful attack.
Primary Lotus - The body normal restricts the use of muscles to at most twenty percent because using them at full capacity tears muscles, snaps ligaments, and breaks bones. This is a self-sacrificing technique which will destroy the body if it is overused.
Fire Style: Fireball – After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via mouth,and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, a ninja is able to spew a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range.
Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique - The user breathes fire along a cord or any other type of long object. The technique is shown to be even larger and more devastating than Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (and being able to melt rock)
Fire Release: Burning Ash Acculumation - a technique that spews superheated ash from the user's mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his tongue, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
Fire Dragon Bomb - This technique exhales a long stream of incredibly hot fire from the user's mouth like that of a flamethrower.
Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique - This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack.
Fire Body – By releasing chakra throughout the entire body, the user becomes enabled to shoot fire out in a humanlike form towards the opponents.
Fire Clone – A Fire manipulative of the basic Clone Technique, which causes the opponent to gain burns should they hit a Fire Clone.
Living Hell: Technique of the devil – the user will begin to move chakra into their arms, as they begin to rapidly spin them off, blasting off a blue fire off in all directions. The fire consists of a unique chakra, and when this technique is used, the user’s lifespan is shortened. The Fires do not die out until the user is either unconscious, flees the area, or releases a specific hand seal combination.
Fire Storm/Acid Rain – This Technique requires rain. As the rain begins to cast down around, the user will begin to launch fire towards metallic objects, causing lightening to strike. As this happens, the fire will return to a chakra state, attached to the lightning bolt. At this point, it will begin to draw into the cloud itself, and infuse with the liquids, heating them up to degrees above 200 Fahrenheit. Because of the heat, the rain will begin to cause pain to the surroundings, and melt metallic object upon impact.
Solar Radiant: Solar Chakra Creation -This is a technique which allows the user to use a special series of techniques. By Infusing their Chakra with the heat produced by the sun, then allowing it back into their body, the user will gain an extra boost of energy, and become capable of releasing it in a style which manipulates nature itself. This technique creates a radiation which kills blood cells of the opponent, should they be exposed long enough, which they generally aren't. Every time this is used, the user's lifespand shortens even more
Solar Radiant: Flame Birth - This technique can only be used by using Solar Radiant Chakra Creation. A fire will be shot from the user’s mouth, created from solar chakra. Though it is deadly during this state, it is more so used for the next part. Once the flame goes out, which happens rather quickly, radiation will surround the area of impact.
Solar Radiant: Fire Ball Technique - More specifically, this is just a deadlier and larger form of the basic Fire Ball. By using Solar Chakra, the user is enabled to have a stronger fire manipulation. Even should it miss, radiation will surround the area of impact.
Solar Radiant: Radiation Body - The user will release Solar Chakra, which will form a shield around the user. This shield will send radiation into anyone or anything which touches it.
Solar Radiant: Radiation Blade - This is simply a modified version of ‘Solar Radiant: Radiation Body’ which induces the effect into a weapon.
Solar Radiant: Wind Death - This is simply the release of Solar Chakra into the air. The chakra will travel the air, and cause radiation to whomever it crosses paths with.
Solar Dragon Technique – By Utilizing Solar Chakra, the user will form forty hand signs, in the exact same manner as done for Water Dragon Jutsu. Because the user’s chakra nature is fire and they are utilizing Solar Chakra, it will be a fire based version of the Water Dragon. Even should it miss, radiation will surround the area of impact.
