Technique Name: Dance of The Scythe: First Aria Rank: C Style: Tiajitsu Description: This jutsu involves the individual attacking by doing a konoha grand whirlwind kick low to the ground holding a scythe parallel to the leg. If the user focuses their chakra at the hips and leg, to set up for high speed rotation, the move can be used as a variation in which the kick is perpendicular to the ground and the force and momentum drive the user forth like a buzz saw wheel. When this technique is used in its original form it meant to do either massive damage to the opponents legs or throw them off balance. When the variation is used, it meant specifically for damage. The original form requires no set up time as it is standard move with no chakra use necessary. The variation requires a 30 sec activation time to amass the chakra needed in the right locations so high speed rotation is possible. After Effects: None. May cause minor fatigue if variation is used depending on how much chakra is outputted. Exclusive: No
