Summoning Species: Owl
History of the contract:
The history of this contract is long and full of empty spots. Toshi has been a summon for quite some time but there has never been able to fully control this monster, always falling to his will or perishing by his claw. A great Owl, Toshi was first contracted over a thousand years before the creation of the leaf village by the man who gave him his name. In that time, Toshi was still young and has since more than doubled in strength. Toshi complied with his orders for some time, the ninja was skilled in Taijutsu and had beaten him that way, beating him into submission and forcing the contract upon him.
As time passed, the great owl grew stronger and eventually lost his fear of the cruel master, striking back and killing him. This was the first disappearance of the contract, lost for nearly a hundred years until found by a young ninja who signed his name to it without realizing the consequences. The first time the great owl was summoned, the boy was slain. The contract was then passed through nearly twenty men before a female had received it. She was certainly stronger than most and fought proudly in combat, but when she summoned Toshi for aid, he left her on the battlefield against impossible odds. She was slain easily after and the foe stole the contract.
The next few hundreds of years the contract belonged to the rulers of a small civilization. No one was sure how to use it until a enemy had been captured, explaining everything to them in order to escape free. The civilization, and the scroll, vanished after that, gone forever. however, the scroll turned up one last time, hidden in a deep jungle not far from the waterfall country. It was a summoner who'd found it this time, summoning toshi for his own bidding. The old woman knew how to control a summon well and Toshi was forced to obey, helping her with whatever she asked.
There came a fateful day when the woman died, though, and the scroll again vanished. Since then the location of the scroll has remained unknown, yet countless sightings of a large birdlike creature in the skies have been reported from several villages, proving that Toshi remains ever alive, waiting for a new master to attempt to capture it.

Summoning
Name: Toshi
Description:
A tremendous owl or epic proportions. This bird towers over any building. Toshi is covered with snowy white feathers which are hard as rock, helping to prevent a weapon from piercing his skin. Toshi has a narrow head for an owl with odd markings in between his eyes. When he starts to use his mental powers, these markings glow brightly.
Attacks:
Mass Chaos
By hooting loudly, Toshi is capable of instilling fear into any lesser being. The fear causes them to run for many minutes, as long as up to an hour with some things, until they regain focus. Even the smaller creatures such as ants and fly flee from this.
Third Eye
Toshi is capable of seeing a great many things that no others may. These things are as simple as changes in the weather which may cause him to be unable to fly, making him useless, or sometimes as complex as moments into the future to be able to warn of an attack.
Talon's Grasp
Grabs a victim with his talons, giving him the ability to carry them off into the distance. The victim may live if his claws have not penetrated their body.
Bombing run
Toshi dives down, sweeping over the land. It is during this attack that he is capable if dropping Mental Bombs that explode as they hit the ground. These explosion don't do much other than cloud the area unless they hit a target. If they hit, the damage is not much more than a few bruises and a bit of exhaustion, being that they cannot pierce the skin.
Altering Terrain
Using his powerful telekinesis, Toshi can uproot trees or throw boulders around. This technique is good for both throwing an opponent off guard and potentially taking a life if the foe is not cautious enough.
Mental Revert
Similar to the capability of the Uchiha's Sharingan, Toshi is capable of reverse one's genjutsu back onto them, causing them to fall for the genjutsu themselves.
Mind Block
Toshi has the capability to block his mind, preventing the use of most genjutsu on him. This also prevents his mind from being read.
Illusion
Toshi is capable of whiping up a powerful illusion that is implanted directly into one's mind, not onto the surroundings. The illusions can be initiated by simple eye contact or attempting to read his mind. they are very in depth and are fully believed to be real.
Unearthly Whorl
A great whorl of wind is unleashed by massive wings, capable of leaving terrain or kicking up a sandstorm.
Gust
with a few flaps of the wings, Toshi can send a foe flying backwards several yards. It takes a strong person to stand through this.
