History:
Young Life --- When he was 4 he picked up his very first sword and never wanted to put it down. He trained with it over and over until his parents had to stop him before he would hurt him self.
After a few years he finally hit the academy, still wanting to learn the sword, which the teachers discouraged due to the fact swords were not really used in the ninja world.
Academy Life --- He shuddered at the thought of not using a sword, but then he found someone that would train him, but he warned Akihito that if he trained with him, he will never truly be a ninja.
With out a second thought, he trained and trained hard, forgetting about even the most basic Jutsu training just to learn sword mastery. When he left the Academy, he did so with out learning any Jutsu what so ever.
Genin Life --- Over the years he perfected his sword fighting ability to the point of refusing to be called a ninja, but a Samurai (Which do exist in Naruto, but are extremely underpowered.) By this time he started leaning awkward martial arts that were not known by the ninja, such as Seikuken.
Chuunin Life --- In the middle of his chuunin life, he told his master that he was leaving to train on the road and learn a new fighting style that will bring honor to his family.
He has finally found that and so much more. Ryusui Seikuken. A powerful ability that he learned from some travelers.

Unarmed Skills
Zero Beat/Rhythm: You move forward very fast and place your finger tips on the opponents chest, when they move to do something, you slam them with the heel of your hands and forcing your chakra out of your palms, throwing your opponent back and doing allot of outward damage from the chakra.
Dragon Hammer Strike: A powerful punch which uses chakra to do more outward damage.
Auto Beat/Rhythm: A faster but much weaker Zero Beat/Rhythm. Mainly used when Ryusui Seikuken is being used, but not always.
Flying Dragon Strike: A powerful knee strike to the chin or face used to force him opponent in the air. As with the other Dragon Attacks, Chakra is used to make this strike more powerful.
Falling Dragon Strike: After a Flying Dragon Strike, a elbow strike to the chest, back or unguarded area of choice. Chakra is used to do more outward damage.
Armed Skills
Rift Strike: An speed attack with a blade that is two attacks in almost one motion. It is said that a rift opens up when a master uses it, but Akihito has not witnessed this.
Shotgun Thrust: Speed thrust meant to cut through an opponents chest.
Hell and Heavens Slash: A powerful downward slash followed by a power upward slash
Technique Name: Seikuken

Style: Taijutsu
Description: creates a barrier around you that allows you to sense on coming attacks. The range is depicted by your attack range which is about twice the length of your leg in all directions. If you wield a sword or similar weapon, the range of Seikuken is the same as twice your leg plus the blades length.
It is not an 'eye' ability, it focuses more on the sense of touch.
The technique emits chakra from one's body, causing them to be able to feel, through the field of chakra, waves of energy or disturbance, before impact is made.
After Effects: other than the ability to 'feel' on coming attacks and reacting to them, it has no real effect on the user.

Description: Takes the normal Seikuken and constraints it to just above the skin, making the ability to sense your opponent even greater and making your ability to feel you opponents movement at close range greater as well. As a result, your attacks seem to never miss or the the opponent feels 'drawn in' to the attacks or defense.
After Effects: it gives them the appearance of being defeated emotional, but the truth is that emotions tamper with the ability, so you cannot feel anything while it is on. It does strain the user, but not so much to be a problem. Ninjutsu is it's biggest weakness due to the fact it revolves around the skin and most ninjutsu is ranged.

Akihito entered the village that he had left years ago. Breathing in deeply he smiled, he was home and ready to show the ninja world his strength. He looked around to see what had changed since he had left three years ago.
He ran back to his old house to where his family lived for years. He knocked on the door and his mother answered. She almost fainted when she saw him, and wrapped her arms around him, "Welcome back. It has been years, we thought you were dead."
"I'm sorry, but I needed to find myself and this village wasn't where we I could do it." he said smiling.
She nodded and stepped aside so that he could come in.
