Personality:
Though Jiro is very young he still holds the mantle of his family in being strong willed, stubborn and determined, but never as serious as his parents. Contrary to his parent’s and older brother, Jiro is forever calm and at one with nature bringing a calming nature everywhere he goes. Probably the most nonchalant person in the world, he stays under radar quietly waiting and watching before doing anything, which to most would be boring, but not the case with Jiro who enjoys being boredom and peace and quiet. This quiet attitude of his make it even more shocking when he does talks which is very rarely and only a few times relevant to the situation.

Jiro is small for his age, standing barely 4’9 and weighing at a whopping 78 pounds is the puniest of the Fungeki clan but that does not mean he is the weakest. As a small person Jiro is naturally fast, and is built for speed. Jiro has golden blond locks kid with bright light brown and sincere eyes. He has a light tan, and a face like a child or more childlike than natural.
Clothing:
Jiro wears a custom black coat that is sort of a symbol of his clan, the cuffs are white and engulf some of his fingers The jacket falls all the way below his knees even though it wasn’t made to be almost bigger than Jiro it serves the purpose of concealing his weaponry. On the back of the jacket is the clans symbol embroidered in white. To match his clan’s uniform he wears all black pants, like almost everyone he wears open-toed sandals which are exactly the same as the rest of his clothes and depressing black color. Jiro also wears open fingered gloves that cover his middle and ‘pinky’ fingers.

Young Life ---
Born the second son of his parents, Jiro was always strange. Not only because he had blond hair (Most of his clan had brown or black hair) he was also the shortest person in his age group. His clan was a warring society that loved to fight, though Jiro didn’t care much for fighting this behavior was unheard of in his clan and not too much time later he became an outcast no one like him, even his parent’s rejected him but they would never say it to his face. Though Jiro noticed, they favored his older brother more, which made slowly reject his brother more and more.
Being in a clan where no one is strange to war or death, Jiro was taught never let someone’s death go unloved. But what if it was someone you hated and was glad that they were gone. In clash between the Fungeki clan’s many rivals Jiro’s older brother was wounded and died soon after the battle while his parents mourned, Jiro didn’t mind it was one of the more darker sides of himself that after a day or two made him miserable. Yes, he hated his older brother, but what would happen when he died would people care as much as they did for his brother or would he rot, cold and a lone his bones being bleached by the sun?
Academy Life ---
Jiro was considered a wimp for most of his life, not being much of a fighter, the kids all around him would tease him, just because he chose not to fight. When bullies targeted him, he was pulverized in seconds, without even trying to fight back, his parents had gone into sorrow about losing their prized child, had completely forgotten that they had another son, that is until he became ten, with no choice at all and his parents trying to keep their warrior honor, he was enrolled in the Ninja Academy.
Surprisingly to everyone Jiro was an amazing fighter. More out of fear than actual strength, beating almost everyone that he could find, he began to slowly enjoy fighting, but wouldn’t actual go and seek them out. While his parents finally began to enjoy their new more powerful and honor bringing son, Jiro loved that he was finally getting some attention. He made it his personal goal to make his parents adore him more than his brother.

Jiro was put in an average Genin team, he wasn’t the best anymore, but he was pretty high in the ranking among the other Genin. His parents were immensely proud, Jiro was slowly becoming confused. On whether to be his nature-loving self or follow his clans heritage and become a warring tyrant and fight till he died like his brother?

Description:
This jutsu like most water jutsu relies on the presence of water in the form of a body of water, or drawing water vapor from the air. After the needed water is gathered the user forms a bubble of water around them self, the shield is mostly used to buy time, because it requires constant focus or the bubble will simply burst. More masterful users of this technique can keep the bubble up without even thinking about it. Without a constant source of chakra (the users) the bubble will be insufficient in blocking any attack.
After Effects:
The longer the usage of this technique the more chakra is drained by using it. Also the more powerful the attacks used against it, the harder it is to keep the shield up, and also chakra would be drained if the shield is hit multiple times.

A basic Suiton technique that has a very limited uses, one of them being that it can deflect various throwing weapons. The jutsu basically fires a number of rapid bursts of water, from 1-5, in succession. The though the shot don’t do any real damage to people, it can stop thing like; kunai, shuriken, etc.
After Effects:
This jutsu requires a very small amount of chakra compared to most water jutsu, so the draw backs are very few, and drain on chakra also not that much.

No matter what would happen, for some reason life kept going on of course it didn’t seem fair when your life was at a standstill. The birds sang, the water ebbed and flowed, and all manner of life moved. In the shade of a tree overlooking a large pond, territory of frogs and toads, Jiro sat calmly embracing nature in the easiest way… Sleeping. Like most people Jiro could sleep through anything, and was at his peak of peace when calm. A butterfly saw fit to land on the bridge of his nose, undisturbed Jiro slept on. Snoring fitfully, and slightly drooling, time slowly drifted around the trees singing their glorious song as the wind rustled their leaves.
